Axis Allocation operates as a mandate intake and sourcing service only. We do not act as a broker, adviser, or intermediary. Mandate submission does not imply acceptance. All mandates undergo review prior to acceptance.
Overview
Capital providers submit structured mandate specifications. We review each submission, accept mandates aligned with current sourcing capacity, and present opportunities matching stated parameters. Investment decisions remain with the capital provider.
Intake
Structured mandate submission covering asset class, size parameters, return targets, structure preferences, risk tolerance, geography, and deployment timeline.
Review
Each mandate is assessed for completeness, specificity, and alignment with active sourcing focus. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
Sourcing
Accepted mandates receive opportunity presentations matching stated criteria. Capital providers evaluate and decide independently.
Asset Classes
Mandates are accepted across the following asset classes, subject to current sourcing capacity and market conditions.

Engagement
Deposit
£500 engagement deposit required at submission. Payment does not constitute acceptance.
- Deposit is consideration for review and sourcing effort
- Full refund if mandate is declined
- Full refund if no aligned opportunity within 30 days of submission
- No refund if aligned opportunity is presented and declined
The deposit is not a success fee, advisory fee, or brokerage fee.
